SIOUX FALLS, SD – The USF Men's Golf team sent two squads to tournaments this week with the A team heading to Kansas and the B team staying in Sioux Falls.
The A team of Mason Weeks, Gavin Metz, Jimmy Clark, Jack Kray, and Devon Verhasselt headed to the Firekeeper Open in Myett, Kansas for a 2-round opening day. The group finished tied for 12th after going 21 over par to close at 597 (305-292).

The B team stayed in Sioux Falls for the Augustana Spring Invitational where they closed round 1 in 3rd place. The Cougars shot a 24-over 312 with Carter Wells leading the team behind a +4, 76 that left him tied for 7th after 1.
