Coach's Corner
"Was great to see the guys bounce back today & get two W's to win the series. Logan gave us a great effort rebounding from a 3-spot in the first inning & hanging some zeros to give us a chance to comeback. Our offense did a great job in both games. It definitely gives ya a lil' more confidence when you're hitting & the wind is pushing out. But we did a good job of staying with our approaches & not chasing out of the zone. We had a lot of free passes & when their pitchers did come in the zone, we were taking good swings & hit a lot of balls hard. We played good defense as well. It was fun to watch. If we can keep putting together good ABs & pitch & play D like we're capable of, we're a tough to beat. I'm looking forward to the Easter break & getting our guys some rest before we have SMSU come to town on Wednesday."
