SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - USF Men's Wrestling hosted No. 4 Augustana tonight falling 43-6.
Pauly Garcia fell to No. 2 Jaxon Rohman at 125-pounds in an 11-2 major decision. Garcia now sits 10-7 on the year and 2-4 against NSIC opponents.
At 133-pounds, No. 14 Beau Klingensmith pinned John Babineau in 37-seconds to give USF their only lead of the night. Klingensmith advances to 12-6 on the season and 2-4 against NSIC opponents.
Beau Beavers fell to No. 7 Hunter Burnett in a 15-3 major decision at 141-pounds to move to 6-9 overall and 1-4 in NSIC matchups.
Westin Sherlock fell to Kyle Boeke at 149-pounds in a 14-2 major decision. Sherlock sits 7-8 on the year and 0-1 against NSIC opponents.
At 157-pounds, Jagger Tyler fell to No. 13 Conner Simmonds in a 13-5 major decision. Tyler moves to 14-9 this season and 0-6 in NSIC matchups.
Lincoln Fink fell to No. 13 Tyler Wagener at 165-pounds in an 18-6 major decision. Fink moves to 8-12 on the season and 0-5 against NSIC opponents.
At 174-pounds, Ashtin Johnson fell to Coy Gunderson in a 1:59 fall moving to 8-11 on the year. Johnson is now 1-5 in NSIC matchups.
At 184-pounds, Timothy Lacina fell in a 2:27 fall to No. 4 Cade Mueller. Lacina is now 5-12 overall and 0-4 against NSIC opponents.
Sioux Falls was open at 197-pounds tonight.
Rocky Wiedman Jr. closed out the night at 285-pounds falling to Max Balow in a 0:41 fall and sits 5-10 overall and 0-4 in NSIC matchups.
