MANKATO- The USF Indoor Track & Field team closed out the conference championships today with wins in the Women's Pentathlon, Women's 3000 Meter Run, and Men's Shot Put plus multiple school records.

Emily Swanson took home the Cougars first victory of the event with her 3740 point outing in the Women's Pentathlon. The score also stands as a National Provisional mark.
Khot Juac continued a memorable outing and year by winning the Women's 3000 meter run in 9:57.78.
Tyler Hiatt launched 17.87 meter toss in the Shot Put to claim the Men's title and secure a provisional mark.

Three school records fell today.Â

nd in the event) and
Tamia Horton taking 3
rd in the 60 Meter Dash with a time of 7.53 seconds. Both marks are National Provisional marks.
Tyler Hiatt's 17.87 meter toss in the Shot Put also set a school record.

Collin Dingsor was named the 2023-24 NSIC Elite 18 Award winner for Men's Indoor Track & Field. Dingsor was presented the award during the post championship ceremony today. The sophomore majors in history education and secondary education and holds a 4.00 grade point average. The Watertown, South Dakota native competed in the 60-meter hurdles at this year's championship and placed 16
th in the prelims with a time of 8.55. Entering the championship, Dingsor ranked 15th in the NSIC in the 60-meter hurdles after running a personal best time of 8.31 at the Maverick Premier #1 on February 9. At last year's NSIC Championship, he finished 15th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.80.Â
