VERMILLION, SD – The Cougars took part in the USD Early Bird Meet this weekend and came away with quite a few new entries in the record books.
 
The Cougars claimed four event wins, three provisional marks, and added 15 new entries to the top-10 all-time list at USF. Khot Juac won both the 800m and 1500m while Olivia Baumberger took home the Javelin Throw title and Tyler Hiatt won the Shot Put. Hiatt also collected a provisional mark in the Hammer Throw while the other two came from Baumberger in the Javelin Throw and Emily Swanson in the 100m Hurdles. The Cougars are off to Mankato for the Minnesota State Open on April 13^th.
