Track & Field earn USTFCCCA Academic Awards

USF Women's Track & Field Rank 3rd in NCAA DII All-Academic Programs; 10 Student-Athletes Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic List

NEW ORLEANS, LA. - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced their 2024 NCAA Division II Track & Field All-Academic awards earlier this week with 10 USF student-athletes being named to this year's list. The USF Women's Track & Field team also earned the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award with a team GPA of 3.758 ranking 3rd in all of NCAA Division II. 

In order for student-athletes to receive this honor, they must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have completed at least 24 semester hours through the end of the semester of competition. Student-athletes must have achieved an automatic or provisional mark for either indoor or outdoor season and transfer student-athletes can only include grades from USF.

For a team to earn an overall award, they must maintain a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and student-athletes in consideration must be a part of the NCAA Squad List
