BURNSVILLE, MINN. - The NSIC announced their week three Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week yesterday with fifth year thrower, Tyler Hiatt, picking up his first of the season.
Hiatt had an outstanding weekend at the USD Alumni Meet, showcasing his dominance in the throwing events. He secured first place in both the shot put and weight throw, with two national provisional marks and two school record performances. Hiatt's winning mark in the shot put was an impressive 18.35 meters (60-02.50), outclassing a competitive field. In the weight throw, he continued his stellar form, achieving a top distance of 19.05 meters (62-06.00).
