The Cougars were home this past weekend, picking up points in both games in a win over Minnesota-Moorhead and a tie against Northern State. The previous home stand, they went 0-1-1 against Augustana and then picked up a tie against Wayne State. The prior weekend, they returned from a road trip picking up a point, tying UMD and then losing to SCSU. The Cougars began their season facing off against three MIAA conference opponents in Northwest Missouri State, Fort Hays State, and most recently against Rogers State (Okla.) in a match played in Omaha, Nebraska. They began conference play and have played deep into matches while finding their identity with the young roster they have at USF.
