ABERDEEN, S.D. – USF Men's Wrestling headed north to take on Northern State in an NSIC matchup. The Cougars fell to the Wolves 41-4 and move to 3-7 on the season. 

At 125-pounds, Daniel Parra Jr. took on Sloan Johannsen falling in a 2:23 pin. Parra Jr. moves to 1-6 on the season and 0-4 in dual matchups.  

#8/12 Beau Klingensmith took on Braden Salfrank at 133-pounds. Klingensmith landed his first takedown 30 seconds into the match before finishing the first period with 4 takedowns. With a takedown in the second and a 14-6 lead headed into the third, Klingensmith landed two more takedowns to take the 20-8 major decision. With the victory, Klingensmith advances to 9-1 on the season and 6-0 in dual settings. 

At 141-pounds, #18 Jordon Oehme fell to Braydon Mogle in a hard-fought, 5-2 decision moving to 9-6 on the year and 5-5 in dual matchups. 

At 149-pounds, Lane Fink took on #7 Wyatt Turnquist resulting in a 20-3 tech fall loss. Lane moves to 11-11 on the season and 2-7 in dual matchups. 

Lincoln Fink took on Griffin Lundeen at 157-pounds falling in a 16-0 tech fall. Lincoln moves to 11-11 on the season and 3-7 in dual settings. 

Following a brief break, Cooper Sanders fell to Isaak Hunsley at 165-pounds in an 8-3 decision. Sanders moves to 13-9 on the season and 4-6 in dual matchups. 

At 174-pounds, Grant Moraski took on Mason Fey falling in an 11-5 decision. Moraski moves to 7-9 on the season and 3-5 in dual matchups. 

Timoty Lacina took on Damen Pape at 184-pounds falling in a 20-4 tech fall. Lacina moves to 1-6 on the season and 0-4 in duals. 

At 197-pounds, Stetson Davis took on Tyson Lien. Davis fell in a ... moves to 5-11 on the year and 1-8 in dual settings. 

To close out dual one, Isaiah Laguna took on Nathan Schauer at 285-pounds. Laguna fell in a 2:33 pin to move to 11-8 on the season and 4-6 in dual settings.

USF will head south to compete in the Jet Duals on January 18 as they take on (RV) Drury and (RV) Ouachita Baptist. The Cougars will return to the Stewart Center on January 24th to host (RV) Minot State followed by #9/11 UMary on the 25th.
