SIOUX FALLS- The University of Sioux Falls Indoor Track & Field squad will be in action this weekend, with most of the team taking a trip to Mankato, Minn., for the Ted Nelson Classic hosted by Minnesota State on Saturday.

In addition to the Ted Nelson Classic, the Cougars will also have two groups split off, with one group going to the Dakota Realty Alumni Track & Field Meet, hosted by the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, and the other group of three distance runners (Billy Beseman, Zach Lundberg, and Taryn Ceglowski) going to the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, hosted by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

In Minnesota, the Cougars will have a pair of recent school record breakers attempting to best their own marks, with Kanya Henderson running the 60M Dash, setting the school record of 7.68 at the Mark Schuck Multi & Open, also hosted by Minnesota State. Jaimie McNamee also set a school record in the Mark Schuck Multi & Open, hitting a mark of 17.60M in the weight throw.

Headlining the athletes in Vermillion will be Tristan Zawadzki, who a week ago got first place in the men's pole vault at the Mark Schuck Multi & Open with a height of 4.85M, another NCAA provisional mark for the senior out of San Diego, Calif.

Of the three distance runners going down to Nebraskan capital, junior Ceglowski had a weekend to remember just a week ago, claiming first in the 1K (3:01.64) and battling to third in the mile with a time of 5:02.75.
