Antony Rowe suited up for the Cougars from 1986-1989. A native of Phoenix (Ariz.), he helped lead the Cougars to a 10-1 record as a junior and their first-ever NAIA postseason appearance. Named an NAIA All-American cornerback in 1989, he was part of USF’s SDIC championship squad. Twice he was named All-SDIC. Rowe is a 1990 graduate of USF.
