Koln Fink was a member of the first wrestling team at the University of Sioux Falls where he quickly left his mark on the program. A three-time NAIA national qualifier as well as a three-time GPAC place winner, Fink holds the USF school record in career wins (68), decisions (37), major decisions (13), takedowns (161), three-point near falls (28) and two-point near falls (26).

In 2008, he took home fourth place in the GPAC Conference Championships followed by a third-place finish in 2009 and 2010. Throughout his career, Fink served as a team captain for the Cougars and rounded out his career receiving the NAIA Champions of Character award.

Fink graduated from USF in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and political science and obtained his law degree from the University of South Dakota in 2014. He serves as a lawyer at Myers-Billion, LLP in Sioux Falls where Fink and his wife, Molly, reside with their three children Maxine, Clayton and Cooper.
