University of Sioux Falls Athletics

A 1982 graduate of USF, Hunt was named All-SDIC in volleyball in both 1980 and 1981. In a 19-11 season, Hunt led the Cougars to the school’s first-ever SDIC volleyball title in 1980-81.

When the Grand Island, Nebraska native graduated, she was fourth all-time in scoring at USF with 583 points. She was a four-year starter and letter winner in basketball, volleyball and softball. As a junior, she was named All-SDIC in softball and as a senior was All-SDIC in both softball and volleyball. She also received honorable mention All-SDIC honors as a senior in basketball.

After leaving USF, she coached Sioux Falls O’Gorman High School to three state volleyball championships during 1982-98.
